Apparently the lady that writes these is an actual columnist and is syndicated...its the United States of America and the idiot that committed the act was part of a police report so its open for commentary.

This Photo I Made with my Cell phone (if you travel back in time don't say this in the 90s) 2008 I was pulling a Hometrailer my Brother "pag1" was Driving on the Way from Germany-Austria-Hungaria-Serbia-Skopjie-Greece we where wondering why this car was driving so slow in before a Tunnel,the most Horrible Accident Hapens at Tunnels now you know why.
