Title: Interesting setup
Post by: Krusty on June 02, 2011, 03:52:13 PM
Interesting setup. Flew a bit last night. Got tired of flying over an hour actively seeking out fights in LW Blue and having bomb-and-bail tards or vulch cowards that run screaming for home as soon as you up to oppose them, etc... Never fired my guns in an hour of solid chasing. After that had some minor success but it wasn't a good night.

Found a few folks in AvA, had a little fun. More than in LWB, at any rate! Definitely an interesting setup, but not sure how effective the bombing sorties will be. Will have to wait and see, right?

Bit of an alt monkey gang bang in there tonight, but can't fault the setup for that. The setup was fun. Never got to bomb anything though. Maybe next week!

Not really trying to gang-bang as much as wing up.  It has become more "acceptable" to help out since icons are turned off.  If you will notice, there were never more than 3 people in on a fight at one time. Mainly because that's all that was in the arena :t ,but one-on-one's have become more difficult with the icons turned off. It seems it is simpler to help and be helped than die all the time :D
Also, it did seem both sides were starting with some alt.  I intercepted a couple of high knights myself around Angels 12  :x

Well, given the numbers, you could milk run to pad those numbers any time :P

When I first popped on one guy was repeatedly running strats in his Ju88s. We cut him down a couple times and he stopped upping ju88s, coming back in figthers.

Made for good fights, but it's difficult to get through with any fighters present. Does that mean all the scores will be decided by milk runners?  :D :O

Well we do what we can, hardening the strats in the overnight hours but unless we have a consistently large population, they are just not always going to be defended.
