This card has been a great card for me and ran without any trouble up until this past January when I upgraded to the GTX 470. The EVGA Part Number is 896-P3-1257-AR

Ports: 2 x DVI-I; 1 x TV out
2560x 1600 maximum resolution
PCI Express 2.0 x16 interface
