Why should they fix your controller?  :headscratch:  alt-x not working and Gvs going left is a clear sign your stick is giving unwanted inputs. You have a twisty stick per chance?

Sounds like something spiking someplace, if it's kicking off the alt x.
Why not just open the Control Settings and take a look for yourself.
Maybe you just need to calibrate or advance the deadband on a particular axis.

Does you stick have trim wheels for the stick x/y axis pots (like the CH ones)?  I've got mine centered and secured so I don't bump them and throw off the pot voltage to make the stick think it's being held left or right.

Sounds like you may be running your computer out of resources. Do you have a powered USB hub for your stick and pedals? If your power supply is on the low end you maybe losing power to the USB so that it can run the computer as you load it up with all the game functions. Post a dxdiag along with what settings you use in the game texture size and such.

I had the exact problem on my X52 TKI61, I was at the end of my rope, and figured id buy a new hotas setup. I then listened to someone here telling me to get a powered USB hub, and figured what the heck ill give it a whirl. Purchased one from NewEgg, and bingo, problem solved. I think the thing cost me $20, but they make ones that are cheaper that would work for you. (this was a year ago, and no problems since)

This is the one I got

Try reducing the rudder input sensitivity, gradual drifts could be just because your resting your feet/wrist without intending any input to be made through the devices, but their sensitivity is up so that it detects it and starts turning your vehicle.

Each update adds more and more stuff to the game. If your computer is on the edge of power it may JUST be working before the update, but might just push it over the edge after the update. Turning an air conditioner on that's on the same circuit in your house could cause you trouble if your not using a powered USB hub. The A/C will pull that little bit more power and if your box is on the edge it WILL affect it.

Seeing there are HUNDREDS of people playing right now WITHOUT a problem it kinda points to your computer and NOT the game (or everyone would be having trouble)

your spring is loose in your stick.ive got the same problem.it will tilt slightly left or right witch gives it just enough input to kick autopilot.when i try to hold it steady it is very easy to move it just a little bit and it will kick autopilot.so if you go afk and autopilot, just unplug your stick and plug it back in when you get back.or buy a new stick
