So I was flying bishop earlier today, then one of our guys "Bash" says, "there's a whole crapload of tanks below me" (between A17->V51). Well we zoom down there and to our surprise see around 10 enemy panzers crawling towards A17. It must of taken them 30 mins to get that far.
Well what happened next all I can say was one heck of a turkey shoot. Around 15+ fighter/bombers came in and swarmed those poor little tanks. After 15 mins nothing survived.
To summarize, planes kill tanks dead (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I was in a M16 at that "Turkey Shoot." There were 2 attacking planes that definatley had there turkey shooting cut short!
Some 190 knocked my wheels off, and I'll be damned if I didnt stop IN a tree. All I could see was bushes in the sights after that. Hope that gets fixed.
I think Duma commented how now everyone knows ya need aircover for the assault.
That sure was true, and I say a M16 with every 1 - 2 Panzers. Then we'd have a fight.
That was my first time in a vehicle where it was with alot of others and it was a riot. I'm sure tactics will improve quickly.
Sheesh, I think they were talking about forming tank squads of some sort.

Creamo,
You can turn the ground clutter (trees and bushes) off with ctrl+c (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Hey that that was a doubled edged turkey shoot. Got 3 kills on attacking planes in my PANZER! Love that big gun on slow typhoons & b26's.
Someday you guys will learn to leave us tanks alone. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

That's why you probably won't see much of them once the novelty wears off. Too easy to kill, and they have the same problem as buffs - takes them a long time to get anywhere and a fighter needs 5 minutes to get there and ruin the day.
