:O Hmm. HiTech, perhaps, put Grizz in it? :D
-
Might be a bit more than that, to ride int the PPPPPPPPPPPPP51 it was $3500 for 1/2 hour and $4500 or more for an hour, but sure would be fun :airplane:
-
Last I heard they still haven't gotten approval to fly the airplane for hire.
-
Glouster Meteor would be better for the title "wings of freedom tour"
:old:
Good British invention that jet engine :salute

Ouch. Here in Sioux Falls, SD, there is a 2 seater P51D owned privately and it is available for $1800 an hour, at least it was 2 years ago.

Not a real 262 in that it's a new build, with different engines. Looks the part, but isn't a survivor of WW2. As close as anyone is going to get to flying a 262 though :)
-
last known 262 survivour of WW2 was owned by Howard Hughes :D
-
Well, at least it has a Werknummer, I'd pay if they would tow a replica 51 to toss taters at

There are a number of 262 survivors. Hughes did in fact have one but there are a number scattered in museums around the world, including the US.
