It would be nice for the person that uploads videos to put a couple of words in at minimal... like did he finish? was it a drag car? or a boat? I did see the guy walking outside on the right so not a boat but you get the idea... I loved it, just filled my head with questions is all...

fairly easy to tell it was a funny car...sounded like he backed off as soon as the steering wheel came off then hit the hand brake and popped the chute...my have rubbed the rail too...more than likely he didn't cross the finish line.

"When the steering gearbox breaks on a funny car, it is never a good thing! "

"The levers are how the transmission is shifted and have nothing to do with the steering wheel other than being located below it. The steering gearbox (which is located above the transmission) broke right when I shifted the car into 2nd gear. Hope this helps."
