Title: at long last
Post by: Stalwart on June 25, 2011, 09:50:12 PM: It's been one month and three years of seemingly hopeless job search interspersed with irregular part time work, but Monday I start a new professional job in my industry. :pray Amen. Answered prayer!~

I know what it's like to send a thousand resumes out into the black hole. :bhead But this job, the one I landed, I applied to last August. :huh Yep. Apparently there are some companies that really do keep your resume on file.

Let me encourage anyone who has given up hope and quit their search, as I have on occasion, to make at least one targeted job inquiry each week, and get back in the game.
