I am going through proper channels to get the proper information.

Actually, you need to send that request to HTC directly, nothing like this will be solved on this forum.  They have a complete log of everything, give them specific time and arena and they can get right to the heart of the matter for you.

That said, I was wondering why the 4 or so pop up boxes I received in the arena have no identity attached to them so I can properly respond?

All MODs are anonymous so they do not get hassled in the arenas.

in all seriousness, i've never been muted in any of the arenas. i have however, over the years recieved a few warnings. funny how if one listens to the warnings, one doesn't seem to get muted, eh?
