Title: Film Viewer Not Working

After the last update, my viewer won't launch.  Is this a known bug that is easily fixed?

The film viewer seems to be working just fine.  Make sure you are not trying to execute an older version of the viewer from the desktop.

I made sure that I was getting the right one, it still didnt work.  I reloaded the game and that did it.
