thanks to shifty for the graphic! as usually, great job!

Road to ruin

this is a very complex setup, please Read!

As the axis and allies, battle it out, fighter and attack
aircraft are at a premium due to weather conditions.
the first several days, they only have their early war
planes to fall back on. as the weather clears, they will
get reinforcements of midwar aircraft. Near the end of the
week, a new shipment of latewar fighters will be available.

the raging battles will involve tanks, planes, vehicles and
tactics. every day each side will have 2 objectives listed below.
aircraft will be added and removed over the course of the week.

side that gets 4 objectives, can pick a aircraft out of the bonus
pool.

bring down 3 strats to below 10% for a victory.

vbases 1point
air bases 3points
strats 1point per 1 percent

Actually for the posters I just find something that fits the theme of the setup and slap a border a title and a map on it. I use Paintshop pro and photoshop for things I actually draw like the 109 below.

Any time you want.  If you go in and nobody's there go find something fun to do and you'll eventually be surrounded :D

Actually went in and had a blast. One thing though, is it my eyes or the map? Seems like things are shorter range than on the MA maps.

Unfortuantely I couldn't stay too long, but had some awesome engagements trying to protect V231 from the P-51's and P-39's.

yes.  The AvA uses a lot of specialized maps, and many of them have sector sizes smaller than the standard MA ones.  And because the AVA also often utilizes various radar (base) settings, it can be a challenge to determine the size of the sector without doing the maths provided by radar settings.

The AVA, in the recent no-icon for enemy phase, also often made dot dar global and down to the deck. Whether this pattern will continue (I hope so) with the newly brought back 3k icons for both, I dunno.

radar rings have been reduced to 39000
bomber warning has been reduced to 15800. this means dots will show up, but they wont flash the base unless within the 15800 feet.
icons should be about 3k for everything.
