bad video driver or weak card no bug

Not to mention the big black pixel for the friendly dot.  My guess would also be video driver or improperly installed video driver.

It's usually having Intel onboard video that causes this.

Yeah it may not perform very well but it gives a definite advantage to some people who experience this.

Definitely something HTC needs to try to resolve I think...

I have the same problem on my intel on-board card on my other computer.
