Post by: PuppetZ on July 26, 2011, 05:06:35 PM
I noticed that it was significantly lower than last friday. Is it only on my end? Sound like were back in da good ol' days.  :headscratch:

More like heavily distorded.

Mine sounded really good tonight. Almost like being in the same room as the person talking. The quality seems far superior to the old vox we used to have. Perhaps some may need to tweak their sound settings. (http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j199/fergy61/twocents.gif)

Flew last night and some people I could barely hear and others came across perfectly clear.
And there was at least three people that were barely audible and terribly garbled. I have no idea what they were saying.
So I probably may have inadvertantly offended some people who may have been trying to communicate with me.
I don't have a mic yet, I'm slowly upgrading my computer so that I'll be able to start using one in a month.
Life sucks when money is short, but then money is nobody's friend.
Unless your Bill Gates or Wrren Buffet.    :old:

problem with some people is that they have crappy mikes, then they never bother to lower the ingame sounds while talking on vox.  that's why you hear your own voice, when somebody else talks on vox.  on some it causes an echo.

I think you have to check your vox settings every time you log on. Mine resets back to default each time I play, and sometimes during play. It's kind of a pain.
