Just as I thought..... Dale and crew have just been sitting around doing nothing.... :D

Changes from previous release
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Added new functionality to the text buffer.  You can now resize the window to any custom size, alter the font size, add tabs, drag tabs to form additional windows and vice versa, scroll back through text, and filter radio traffic to different tabs or windows.  Right click at the top of the chat window for an options menu.

Added custom player configured arenas.  This is a replacement to the old 8 player H2H feature.  The difference is that it is now hosted on our servers, is no longer free beyond the 2 week trial, and has the player limit increased to 16.  Custom arenas can also be password protected.  To access the custom arenas, click on the custom tab at the top of the arena selection menu.  Players can only have 1 arena created at a time and arenas will shut down 5 minutes after the last person leaves.

Updated the P-40B and P-40E shapes.  Thanks to cactuskooler for providing the skins.

Added the Tiger II.  Thanks to Greebo for the skin.

Updated the Tiger 1 shape.  Thanks again to Greebo for the skin.

Updated the shapes of the LVTA2, LVTA4, and M-16.

Added tab functionality to the user interface.  This is now used in the hangar where you can cull the plane list by plane type using the tabs instead of the right click menu.

Added a Diff tab to the Arena Settings menu that shows you what arena settings are different from the default setting.

There is now an MOTD folder in your Aces High folder to store text files to be uploaded as MOTD's (message of the day, arena login message).  If you want to upload a file as a MOTD, either through a custom arena or a squad motd, put the text file in this folder to access it through the user interface.

Added the ability to label default skins.  Default skins will always appear with an asterisk next to them.

Increased the maximum number of skins per plane from 16 to 32.

Revised the drag and lift and propeller characteristics on the Dr 1 flight model.  End result is slightly lower lift and a lower top speed.

Increased turret roof armor of the Tiger I to 40mm as found on later production versions.

Added a slipper tank loadout to the Spit V.

Changed the drop tank on the P-40E.

Decreased the max diving speed structural limits on the A6M2.

Slightly decreased armor penetration from extremely oblique shots more than 70 degrees from vertical.

Added smoke grenades to the Panther and Tiger 1.

Fixed a potential armor issue in the top of the Panther's treadwell.

Material type tag was not being set correctly on the T34/76.  This was causing the paint not to look matte.

Calibrated C-47's copilot airspeed indicator.

Fixed tape compass issues on several planes.

Fixed a sorting issue on the armor glass of the P-38G.

Fixed a landing gear shadow issue on the Yaks.

Fixed an issue with the flap and copilots altitude indicators on the B-29.

WHat does this mean?  Would this affect the "chin" shot bug where you can 1shot tanks in the front down low?  Hope so.

That should not affect M4(76) vs Panther lower hull, as that shot is no etxremely oblique. The reason for this effect is most probably the use of ammo in our M4(76) that was very rare in real life (applies also to other tanks)

This is an outstanding addition for special events training, event testing etc

Though I have not tried this feature...I am curious as to how the arena choice is handled.

I would love to see a little more transparency on the logging and hope the H2H allows a feature for the host to capture raw logs to the local drive

I personally would like to be able to run code and test it against raw logs to prefect a tool to be gifted to the CM community

The AH1 model list is getting noticeably short compared to the AH2 model list.  From memory (apologies if I forgot your favorite ride) as I can't access the front page from work:

Those are 3D models from AH1 vs AH2 at this time, not the models that were in AH1.  Just the remaining AH1 3D models.
