actually, it's a ploy. it's sitting there, waiting for an innocent unsuspecting passerby chevy nerd to walk too close....then it's gonna rip their face off. :devil

there's one running around here in cherry hill, by my shop. black, tinted glass, black 19" wheels.........i drool every time i see that car drive by.
that being said.....most i see in stangs, are middle aged pudgy balding guys. i do see a cute blonde driving a red 17 stang though.....and a VERY hot blond driving a bright green camaro.
-
I'm not pudgy and I'm bald NOT balding jackwagon :D
-
Unless I see this kind of mustang, then i have to resist the urge of wanting to beat it up with a bat. (http://mustang1.net/data/media/18/2003-Ford-Mustang-Mach-1-blue-black.jpg) Its a wanna be Mustang :rofl

In my opinion, thats the best looking out of the mustang line-up. (except the 70's BOSS mustangs) The new mustangs are as top gear put them:"fat hamburgers"
But who cares about the mustang. the new Charger is out. and boy is it sexy in a mean way :t

whoever put that new pos in the same picture as a real charger should be hung by his testies, and flogged. the original chargers were monsters, and most of the time, could wipe the sidewalk with both fords and chevys. these new chargers........they look like modified chrysler 300's to me.
now the new challenger on the other hand.......i drool a little when i see them. just a leeetle.
-
With the tinted windows nobody can tell anyway :)
if i manage to afford this......i'm still up in the air if i want to tint the glass or not. i like the looks of it, but i had pretty dark tint on my 89, and i seem to remember it being fairly difficult to see out of.....which is why i removed it all.
-
It's not all that bad Cap. Quite honestly I hardly notice it and I'm used to the convertible.

i shall do you a huge favor, before you embarrass yourself. :devil
this is from the "top gear muscle car challenge" thread. read through it. you may see that there is a somewhat different opinion than what you may expect.

i'm still up in the air........first off, i gotta manage to pull this off.
i mentioned to the sales guy about possibly trading my camaro in. remember, the track car. he said they've done stuff like that before, and asked me how fast it is. i told him it should turn high 8's, low 9's easily. then he asked me why in the world would i even consider trading something like that on this. i told him, that it was too much work to have fun with a car like that, and he seemed like he understood. if i get lucky, i may get a very good trade with that car.........and it may make this workable.
in all honesty, i shouldn't be even considering this......but the fact is that i do everything for everyone, 'cept myself.....so i turn 50 next march.....and Golly-gee it!!! i'm gonna have my mid life crisis!!! :devil
-
Might as well bro. I haven't ever seen a Brinks truck follow a hearse to the graveyard :)
Ohhhh... what an idea I just had. An AH car enthusiasts meet somewhere in the middle of the country.. now THAT would be fun.

oohh.....there'll be pics if i pull this off. :aok
i'm trying to think of a safe way to take a picture of the terrified salesman as i powershift third gear, and he's wondering why he never knew a mustang was capable of doing what it will be doing. :devil
oh yea....he'll be looking for the jesus handle too. :bolt:

My '12 convertible will be delivered mid august (build week is next week) so we'll go for a drive and then I'll accompany you while you abuse some dealer stock with a camera handy.
I drove a friends w/ 3.73 gears and a tune the other day. Bout snapped my neck going from 1-2 and 2-3.
I'm already power hungry enough that I really think it'll go back to be turned into a Shelby next year if I enjoy it the way I plan on :)

Looks the same. Then again, I am too old to remember if there even was an old one that looked different :headscratch:

Shouldn't you be offline sticking sharp objects in small defenseless mammals right now Dedalos? :D
-
GRN ENV will be heading to Vararam at 10 for the cold air/ram air install. They will be shooting video for their installation instructions. :D

02-04 Stangs look the best.

Don't give me ideas. There are plenty of these mammals in the office I'd like to start with :O

Want an evil assistant? We could start with your office and finish up with mine. Added bonus... the collective IQ of the human species would go up my a marginal percent :devil

you're gonna post those vids on the bbs, right? :devil
i can't imagine it should be that hard. cold air intakes aren't what they used to be.
when i installed the cold air intake on my 89gt, it took the air from outside of the engine compartment. as in there was a scoop underneath the front air dam.
all the cold air intakes i see now, simply seem to insulate the air filter from the rest of the engine compartment....generally right behind one of the headlights, so they take the air there. those are ok, but the air's still hot. the one installed on my gt took me from 12.7's to 12.2's. i'd say it was a pretty good investment. :aok
-
02-04 Stangs look the best.
those are the sn95 chassis i think? they're probably the worst mustangs produced, at least looks wise. the pinto stangs of the 70's even looked more like a mustang than those things do.
-
Looks the same. Then again, I am too old to remember if there even was an old one that looked different :headscratch:
nah...the one there now, is a shelby gt350 doing a burnout. that's a 5 liter, cranking 525hp, can pull 1.05g on the skidpad, run 0-60 in about 3.7 seconds, and i think they're around 11.7 or so in the 1/4 mile. :devil
-
The thing i love most about the Mustang are the rear turn signals... i love watching them flash like they now do.
-
I always liked the sequential tail light mods some guys have done to their cars. Every so often you'll see a Corvette with them installed and it's a little something else that sets it apart. I think it's cool they're there on my car, I think it's less cool that everyone else has them too.
Moves it a little left on Golfer's cool wall :)

those tail lights are led too. :aok
