they are only at the strats...boy do we need a better strat system.train strafing would be phun

I've done it a few times-- changed the base's country offline, upped from there, and bombed the crap out of the starts with 240x100 lbs, then gone on to strafe the strat train with my B-29's turrets. While I was waiting for the timer to finish, I upped a P-47... and laid WASTE :devil

they do what like 80-90mph atm? i dont think a jeep even keeps up....then again ive never tryed racing them...but some guns shooting at you would be a nice touch

trains are by the factorys(or strats) just fly low look for the railway and follow it till u see a train

The speed of the vehicles in the convoy are directly related to the distance they have to travel from where they spawn, to where they are bringing the supplies, because they all have to reach their final destination in the same amount of time.

If each field is re-supplied every 15 minutes, then a convoy that starts its delivery 2 sectors away will travel at a much faster rate than a convoy that starts its delivery 1/2 a sector away ... within that 15 minute time frame.

That is why some travel close to the speed of light ... the map maker put the spawn start a long way away from the base/strat it was supplying.

I think the truck speed is fine.

If you want to kill the entire convoy, use the proper tool.........It exists.
