Title: stupid quick question

If certain thing is taken down from a field, like a radar tower and i keep killing the convoy trucks that resuply that field, all the time (just to be sure) no other radar will spawn?

There are mixed opinions about this -- I personally think that it could be true, but it could
also very well respawn after a certain amount of time.

If you prevent any supplies coming in, the downtime will increase to it's maximum of 2 hours.
