Man I knew something just has'nt been right lately, this is horritable! any advice? this was all last nite and did'nt let up!

You need to contact Comcast about it. Keep in mind that the first tier support person will only check your local Internet connection and tell you everything is fine. You need to escalate this to a network engineer (Tier 3 or so) person.
Also keep in mind it is the job/task of the first support person to prevent you from reaching anyone else.
