Title: GameID Change

so today one of my guys earned his LTAR patch. he went to change his game ID to LTARhann and it booted him to desktop. he went to log in and it said LTARhann is already taken? when he logged back in it shows his old ID. had him try to change it again and it says he cant change his ID for 29 days. any help on this would be nice


i did tell him to call the HTC office monday and i am sure Carrie can help him out.

Yes there's nothing he can do unless he wants to pick a different name still.  They'll sort it out monday I'm sure.
