Title: Tank barrels and MGs
Post by: B-17 on August 01, 2011, 01:55:56 AM
Ok. I only did a quick test on the Tiger II, with the T-34, but this is what I got.

I'm not sure if its just the circle barrel, that deflects the MG bullets, but i fired away at it... no hit sprites.

A bug, or just a modeling thing?

Tiger 1's are boxy.tiger IIs are more rounded off, kind of like a panther.I think the panther is a little smaller in size and has different armor sloping.

concerning the "bug" i dont think its modeled in to shoot the gun barrel.you can, however, shoot the pintle gun and take it out

Is it just too difficult to model in the shooting of the artillery piece itself?

By the way, I did know that the pintle gun can be shot off.
