This is AWSOME!!! :aok :aok

Interesting stuff, but not Battle of Britain beyond the scenes of them loading the 303 ammo. Lots of 8th AF gun camera film. Even showed that one squadron of SAAF 4 cannon Spitfire Vc :)
-
Great footage. I always love "Requiem for a Dream." Double positive!
EDIT: 5:14, it looks like the spitfire either hit or sharply evaded the powerlines. Any idea which?

I'm betting on "evaded" since the camera footage wasn't destroyed in a fireball.

Saw this a few months ago in our forum. Still a great video

When you swing a sharp knife moderately fast, can you cut thin fishing line?
Do you see where I'm going with this?

Weird I don't see Spitfires scrambling from bases to hide in the ack or Ho the living year out of you, this video is fake.

Awesome!
Did you notice the clip where the formation makes the letters "RAF"
-
Simply breathtaking. The shot of the formation almost made me cry to see that many Spits flying at once :salute.

Yes, but I think there is a big difference between a sharp steel knife vs fishing line and an aluminum wing vs a copper cable.

I have heard about p-51's cutting power lines on purpose, but don't buy the story.
I do know of some crashes where aircraft hits powerline, and it normally means that the aircraft crashes and the powerline stays.
Oh, and bad me....I have flown under powerlines, - MANY TIMES :devil
