Title: Mouse and 2 monitors ?

I have always in the past, prior to the change to the Mouse cursor change in game, I was always able to run the game on my main monitor and run anything else(browser) on the second Monitor. I can still have them both running but the Mouse will not show up on the second(secondary) monitor. Is this an over site?
