I like to read posts without seeing toejam roadkill motherdiddlyer studmuffingot nancy diddlyface toejamhead squeak bigtoe pissant dirtbag amazinhunk edits. as the auther intended on private forums.
How do I disable the filter?

The filter is on HTC's end... you cant turn it off.

Nothing on an internet forum is "Private" to my knowledge.
As the forum is not private, neither are posts.

Aren't the private forums hosted on HTC systems? That would have them under the same automated rules as the public forums - the only difference is you get to decide who can access your forum. If you want a truly private forum where anything goes, set one up yourself outside the HTC system.
Might not be what you want to hear...

Call me crazy, but I could have sworn that not too long ago private forums didn't have the profanity filter. I agree with Fester though, I'd like to see the filter gone from private forums as well.
