Do you enjoy history? I'm guessing so as I ask this on a WW2 Flight simulation forum. If so and want to see some more, come along to Scotlands biggest Reenacting festival at Lanark Racecourse on the 21st and 22 of August 2011.
There will be units from all ages, from the Romans to Vikings, WW1 Gordon Highlanders to the famous 95th Rifles of the Napoleonic Era. Regardless what time period you like, there is something for everyone. Last year we had a C47 Dakota do a flyover, with a BF109 and a Spitfire making an appearance at Scotlands other festival, the Colossal Celebration of History at Fort George.
Scotlands Festival of History has been going for many years now, always going from strength to strength. Why not come along and have a good day out!
Look forward to seeing some of you there!

I'll put money on it that there will be 'pipes skirlin' away. ;)

Course there will, but not just pipes. There will be cannons blaring, muskets firing and drums rattling. Be a hsame to miss such an event
