I've started a few too many 51 skins, just curious to see what the schemes would look like in game. I need to pick some to concentrate on, but I'd like to find out which ones you guys might like to see. So, if you would, please look over the P-51D skin WiPs pictured and vote for a few you'd like to see finished up and submitted. Please vote in the other thread, not this one. Many thanks!

Tabulating the results so far made me think of a horse race, and we are talkig about Ponies after all, so
And they're off!
It's Daddy's Girl, Glamorous Glen, Down for Double and Bad Angel first out of the gate...
Daddy's Girl and Glamorous Glen in the lead...
Now here comes Down for Double and Katydid...
It's Daddy's Girl, Glamorous Glen, Down for Double and Bad Angel with Grim Reaper and Chicago's Own struggling to get out of the gate...
And here comes Flying Undertaker and Bad Angel on the outside -- it's Bad Angel by a nose as they pass the quarterpole...
Now Daddy's Girl and Bad Angel neck and neck...
Daddy's Girl by a nose - now pulling away from the pack...
Now here comes Katydid! Glamorous Glen falling back into the pack...
It's Daddy's Girl, Bad Angel and Katydid followed by Down for Double and Flying Undertaker into turn one...
It's Daddy's Girl and Bad Angel, Daddy's Girl and Bad Angel - Grim Reaper works her way up thru the pack....
It's Daddy's Girl, Bad Angel, Down for Double followed by Flying Undertaker, Grim Reaper and Katydid with Chicago's Own trailing badly...
It's Daddy's Girl by a length, followed by Bad Angel, Down for Double and Flying Undertaker...Grim Reaper, Katydid and
Glamorous Glen with Chicago's Own bringing up the rear out of turn one.

Well they're in the far turn and Katydid has surged ahead of Down for Double. Bad Angel and Flying Undertaker still battling for 3rd, Daddy's Girl and Grim Reaper continue strong. Glamorous Glen III is showing signs of Life, while Chicago's Own has apparently laid down in the infield area behind the tote board.

Polls will close at 10pm CDST tonight!

need a RAF mustang III skin :D

Hey Oboe, sorry for the hijack, but just a quick Q: know of any historical pig-related nose art or skins? Wondering if you might know a direction to point me in from the top of your head, a few of our squad members are begining to show an interest in skin making.
As for your poll, I personaly can't make up my mind for Flying Undertaker or Daddy's Girl... I'll settle with Flying Undertaker, I don't think that glossy blue and green that's signature to Daddy's Girl will look as good in our cartoon skies as it did historicly in person or pictures, but if it did then I'd probabley switch my decision around.
-
daddys girl I like the green
-
Like I mentioned in the other thread, the Yoxford Boys need an updated skin! :pray
-
Down for double!
-
Folks we're in the home stretch - polls close tonight at 10pm CDST.
Remember you can vote for more than one - I figure I'll submit for sure the top 3, maybe others depending on their showing in the polls; whether its needed for a squad skin, scenario, etc.
Thanks for participating!
Babalonian , re your question about pig-related noseart - I'm working up this '38J
(http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd148/tjlaven/Scan12-9.jpg)
That might fill the bill for some of your guys.

The only way a muppet can hump a Pig is if the muppet gets another hand up its anus...one isn't strong enough. :rofl :rofl
-
Straw Poll?????
As a proud Iowan, I have to assume you want me to pay $30 to see and vote for your skin submission so that you can reimburse me the $30 after I vote for yours?
At least that's the way straw polls work here.
ps.
Is country super-star Randy Travis doing a benefit concert for your skin?

Flying Undertaker
Daddy's Girl
