        Recently purchased new gateway(windows 7) and have several issues that i did not encounter with xp.

        1-unable to access video settings. Recieve message to shut down and windows will try to find a solution. No solution found.

        2-head position keys will not work nor will mouse pan.                                                               

        I have reinstalled newest version but nothing seems to help.

I do not understand what you mean in point 1.  Please elaborate.

On point 2, make sure the keys are sending the correct codes by going into the Options->Controls->Map Keys and press the keys you are having trouble with.  If the incorrect key lights up in the virtual keyboard, then use the "Fix Key" button to correct that key.
