any HTC emails, every single one bounces back with a failure notification. No idea why, it's fine to email any other company or person I know.
-
What is the exact error you are getting? What email address are you sending to?
-
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
support@hitechcreations.com"

will have a 3rd party send for me

What was the error code? All bounced emails have an error code associated with them. It is the response from our mail server.

There is no code, that's the full content of the message, not to worry, I'm pretty sure it's a Microsoft/hotmail problem now. I think some ruddy joker has flagged me as a spammer :cry
-
but, what is the max size of message that can be sent to support? 22MB is what I'm trying to send.?
-
10MB is the largest attachment out server will accept. What in the world are you sending that is that large?
-
don't all hotmail emails get bounced back from you guys?
-
We do not bounce emails.

Skuzzy wouldn't it help him if he was to be sending a file that big to zip the file then send it??
It sounds like he is trying to send you his whole DX file...

Zippping up any file is a good idea. The whole DXDIAG output is not that big though. It is quite small. Usually I think of films whenI see someone wanting to send something big, but the AHF files also compress pretty well.
