Title: Film Viewer Wish

I'd like to be able to padlock aircraft in the film viewer without having icons turned on. I'd also like to be able to padlock the player's aircraft from the bandit's aircraft. This would be useful both for watching film and for making videos.

given the lack of the enemy's recorded views, this would be very useful :aok

And also the ability to use my mouse and mouse scroll buttons to pan and zoom the camera around the selected aircraft.
