Title: Tanks... For the Memories...
Post by: AKP on September 03, 2011, 07:57:45 AM
LOL... sorry, couldnt resist the play on words.

But seriously... seems like there was a serious lack of tanks battling in the tank battle.  Looked to me like most of the allies went to the city to the south, next to 101, and the Axis went to the northern city by 43 (which is where I thought we were supposed to go).

Ended up driving around just blowing up flak towers until I ran into a building, just as SoonerMP turned a corner on me in his tank... the only enemy tank I saw at all up to that point... and the last one too  :lol

Is it possible to turn off the spawn points that arent supposed to be used next time, so it funnels all the tankers into the right spot?

Uh oh...   :uhoh

AKP i was doing the exact same thing as you. I saw the flak tower by me being hit and your rockets flying over the bridge I was crossing. It was the only way I knew someone was over there until someone took me out by the refinery (havent checked the logs yet).

Either way it was entertaining. I think that these ground battles could be epic if we had them just a little more organized.   :salute

I think the problem was that the Allies were using the South vehicle spawn and Axis were spawning north.

CLAIM JUMPERS: 54 (20 air to air)
LCA: 48 (18 air to air)
Kommando Nowotny: 30 (11 air to air)

This is completely messed up. I believe only the Air to should be in the logs.
Thats enough whining from me.

Edit: This includes my tank kills as well.
