Title: Game wont play

I just subscribed and made a new account but everytime i click log in before i get to lobby the game freezes and a popup comes up and says h has encountered a problem and needs to shut down.

What type of system are you running... a dxdiag post would help alot.. just post the 1st 1/3 of it and we can possibly help you out.

haha idk heres the thing im computer retarded lol i just kinda start it and use it idk how to access the file that has all that info

hit start, run, and type in dxdiag and hit enter.

Agree and let it run, it should take a few minutes.

on the bottom of the window will be a save box. Save it to your desktop.

Close the dxdiag window and double click the new file on your desktop. It will ask you what to open it with, browse to notepad and click ok.

Once it opens copy and paste the top third of that report here on the boards.
