Title: making new sounds work

I downloaded twinbooms sound pack...wow really cool
problem is when i open them in aces hi sounds folder theuy dissapear and it reverts to old sounds.
I tried deleting the old sound file and unziopping the new ones into the sounds file,then I trien renaming old sounds and deleting them.
same problem old sounds play instead of the new ones :headscratch:
any help would be greatly appreciated
