“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

I dont feel any more secure of less secure than since 9/11. but perhaps the documentary is giving another opinion on that matter. after all if we all thought alike, we would all be in the middle east right now, or perhaps we would have left after Afghanistan fell.

The documentary doesn't take an opinion. It just explains what's changed with the way we operate. They wouldn't have gotten the guys who in 2001 were in charge of the CIA, NSA etc... to give interviews if this was a conspiracy piece.

If the charge was dropped why was the case moved to a civilian court? It seems he should have been freed of any furthur legal action.

You don't use a nuke to clear a wasp nest because a wasp stung you. You use the appropriate tool for the job.
I got lit up by some red wasps one day. I fried the bastards with all the gasoline I had to make a point to all the other wasps.

you shoulda just tied one to a stick and tore its wings and legs off infront of the rest of em wasps, then return its mutilated wasp body to them...alive :devil
