seeing as mitchum motorsports is signing on new drivers for this last race. they have a slight chance of taking the manufacturers championship, and i think they're still in the running for the team championship too.
most of the season, they had Jeff Bucknum, and Robert Stout piloting the #6 camaro. not for this race though this race, they're recruiting Justin Marks, and moving Lawson Aschenbach over to the #6 car. looks like marks has a good record in nascar trucks, and some rolex racing.

on the other hand, from what i can find, jack roush jr, and billy johnson will still drive the #61 mustang....one of the dominant mustangs.
it looks like the multi matic team(the other dominant mustang team) is going to keep their same drivers too.
i'm guesing the ford guys aren't all too worried. they stand a VERY good chance of taking the manufacturers championship from bmw.
but all you non-ford guys can rest easy.......ford probably had to buy their way into this series too. :noid
:devil :aok

but we all know the mustangs will wipe the Camaros. :rock
speaking of mustangs.. i want one. drove my girlfriends grandparents mustang, so smooth in every way. think its an 07 or something. just the regular V6 plane jane model though. and an automatic. :cry

they may not. they're fairly closely matched on the track, with the mustang only really having a slight edge. i think that's why mitchell's changing up drivers for one of their cars for this race. from what i can see though, although they've not won much, the primary drivers of that car were actually doing an excellent job.
forget the 07's. if you liked that one, you'll LOVE the 11's and 12's. 11 is the first year for the 3.7L DOHC engine....the one you drove has a 4.0L in it, and that engine isn't the best in the world for a car like this. test drive a newer one....you'll have a crisis(reference clarkson with cameron diaz on top gear) :devil

He's right Mason. Head down to a dealership and try out the 6 cyl. It will get your attention :)

i talked to golfer on the phone. it sounds like he likes driving his new ragtop almost as much as he likes being in the air. it's making me more anxious for mine to get in.
i called the dealer the last friday, and he said ford has the order, but my car's not in the que to be built yet. :bhead
