In a B25H, while gunning, I often use the "N" key which fires all guns that have an angle to the target. I would love to keep my hands on the controller (Joystick or Yoke) instead of searching for the N key during battle. I have tried mapping the "fire all guns" to a button, but this does not appear to be the same as the "N" key.
Would it be possible to map a button that has the same effect as the "N" key for gunners?
Thanks,
RW

you use both hands to gun in a bomber?

Edit: reading failure.
I'm having no problems with Global Fire All Guns firing all turrets that have line of sight. Make sure you're mapping the button in the correct mode (Mode 1 in most cases).

D'oh beat me to it. :)
What he said, double check your settings, make sure the button you want to use is mapped to "Global Fire All Guns".

Now that you've got it figured out...jump in a PT boat and shoot a gun to either side. :D

The only vehicle the "N" key seems to work for me is the pt boat.
Do all the heavy bomber has this?

yup, sure do. try it out with a formation of lancs or b-17s.

How come the Global Fire all Guns button option only fires guns that are shown in the primary and secondary weapons select? For example, my p51 only fires two (2) 50 cal guns when I have rockets or bombs selected in the secondary weapons box.

My guess is that it works like a toggle switch in the plane to enable/disable one bank of guns in favor of rockets/bombs.

If you have a programmable joystick, just bind the "N" key to a button using teh programming software and make sure in AH the "N" key is bound to the command you want. Easy as pie.
