I know the older crowd knows who he is.
The younger crowd know him too. Though Im sure more then a few dont know his name until now.
After all. he probably has the most recognized voice in the world..Or maybe I should say voices
When Mel died. The world lost one of its greatest talents. And some of those we loved and grew up with were suddenly "speechless"

Thanks Drediock,
I've been trying to educate my kids on the arts of voice acting and who really plays their favorite characters. I can still remember where I was when I had heard he had passed away. Foghorn Leghorn will always be my favorite.

Tress MacNeille, June Foray, Frank Welker, Mark Hamill, Grey DeLise, Kevin Conway....all of whom carry on the best of what Mel Blanc started. Ms Foray is still at it, having worked with Mel on the original Looney Tunes as the voice of Granny and Witch Hazel. She still voices Granny on the new Looney Tunes show.

Bugs and Daffy were my favorites. Even better when they were together.
