Title: Ottawa Police Memorial 2011

I was there today, on Parliament Hill, in Ottawa... blazing heat. Full dress. If anybody was there or has seen some DECENT footage of the service/march-past, my band is the one with the big feather bonnets with the white hackles, and the plaids.

I was swimmingin myown sweat by the end. But honestly, it was worth it. To be able to pay respects to the officers that keep me safe in that way... :salute to all of our Police and peace officers, and those who are not Canadian as well.

An old friend of mine was there in the parade he's a Burlington cop who was in the RAF . :angel:
