Title: Frame 2 and 3 CV's Set-up

I would like to make a small suggestion for the CV's Set-up.  Have the CM's place the CV's at the closest point to the enemy direction inside the 9 square grid.  Once the attack aircraft are feet wet, have the CM's move the CV's to where the side CO's wish them to be.
