Looks like one of those doctored German propaganda posters to me.  Typically they got the markings and the colors wrong.  And that can't be me.  I don't have that much hair :)

You guys have got to  get to work on at the Propaganda Ministry.  Lord Haw Haw taking a nap or something?

Here ya go. For my wanted poster  S/L C. Junior, SOL, BFD & Bar  91 "Nigeria" Squadron.   Those would be the Spit Vs :)
