I spot a couple things. The Navy has some funny looking camo, Liam Neeson must be hurting for money and that movie is going to be stupid. It's good to know that hollywood has basically run out of talent. :devil

I agree Neeson must need the money but maybe he's filling his pension pot. He's been in some suspect films lately.
As for the movie? Well if that's the trailer I can't figure out what the movie's about. Aliens? Invasion from under the sea, what is going on?
Why was Neeson annoyed at his daughter's boyfriend?
Plus the USN doesn't have battleships anymore or am I out of touch?
If the trailer's that bad, the movie must be a dud.

even tho that vid is a farce. did you know that there IS an I Am Legend 2 movie planned for 2013?
Supposed to follow that women at the end of the first as that village she took shelter at tries to take the earth back from the vamp thingys.
Robert patterson is to play the role of one of the main soldiers tho, prob ruin the entire move. :furious

have you watched the kill bill series? i love how he plays with all the classic stuff and make something someone who likes movies would make, death proof and pulp fiction also go by those lines, really fun. you can see how they have fun making those films and how it is about having fun when you watch those.
All the excessive blood and gore is just to have fun, gotta love when the japanese woman looses her arm and a river of cartoon blood comes out of it as she screams :D

The only thing I think is genius about Tarantino is his ability to somehow keep getting work.
I don't consider his stuff 'good'. I do consider it entertaining as all get out though. Kill Bill 3? I'll watch it. Inglourious Basterds was a decent show, not great but not bad. Pulp Fiction is one of my all time favorite movies though.
Death Proof really didn't do anything for me, but that's ok.
Battleship though... Can't see where they're going with it. Something about the trailer makes me think it's going to be plodding and slow, can't put my finger on it though.

The USS Iowa was the last one we had in a reserve fleet a few years back. She will join the Wisconsin, New Jersey, and Missouri as a museum.
