well after having my xbox for a good 2 years, and having no problems what so ever i hardly ever play it. i finally got all of the cookie out of the disk drive, and the permanent marker off of the wi-fi connector. thing is, i dont play it much and it probably wont be missed.
so if i should sell it, to whom would i sell it to? gamestop (or any other game store)? or should i sell it to a friend (hard drive + wi-fi connector) all for a good 150 bucks?
EDIT: typo

I'll give you $20 for it if you pay the shipping.

i sold my gamecube about 3 years ago, not long before i got my xbox, and let me tell you Zelda was a BEASTLY game. finished the entire game and got every little piece of treasure hunted down on every box of the map. did i regret it? no. do i sometimes want to go back and play again? yes. but it doesnt really bother me. im moving off from the xbox because im just not getting my moneys worth for it anymore.

I never had any game system that hooks up to a TV...and I'm proud off it. I just used that money to buy a better computer, it was a lot more useful.
So yeah, get rid of it. :aok
Sluggish's offer looks good :devil

i dont think time increases the value of a xbox...just look at the nintendo 64 or the atari that only plays pong, you but it back then for about 80 $ and 20 or so years later its only 15 $. same with the first computers, you buy them for about 200, and end up having them go for sale again at 50..

YES!!
games rot the mind take the money and get a library card and go read a book! :aok Oh and go outside and get some sun!!!!

I think the SEGA Genesis was the most fun I had with a console. Months of fighting my brother at Star Control.

you are completely overlooking the "???" portion of the plan, that's where the real money is made.

yep. start this into a console war where your precious PS3 is soooo much better.
i have enough of my own, thanks, but no deal...
skorp, just ignore it. I'm a ps3 fan (and xbox) and I don't really care about either.
Just do what you want to with it,I keep my PS3 for certain games I would never want to play on PC like Assasins Creed because the controls seem so much easier on the console.

Sell it and go participate in some outdoor activity. Rule in my house is no computer (other than class work) or console time during the school week from Sunday night through Thursday night or Friday if school function on Saturday. It works great as my kids follow the same pattern I did as a kid...come home after school; do homework; do chores; go outside and run around the neighborhood and build things in peoples backyards to use in the airsoft gun fights on the weekends. Only difference here is my friends and I used 1 pump .177 caliber BB guns in our fights. You could tell when someone pumped the gun more than once because of the sound it made and then that person got a beat down of epic proportions.
