I believe it. Just go hang out at an FBO and watch how many times the guys go to the coffee pot.

interesting topic, this is one i can relate to, i drink alotta coffee, tried quitting it-failed after one week n 3 days. back to op, last yr when i flew w a charter to go to training, the pilot after we leveled off at about 2500ft he opened up his thermos and poured himself a full cup, regular ceramic coffee cup, and he put it on top the dashboard and started doin his paperwork not minding his coffee, we was bouncing alittle and i told a friend if he sees that cup of coffee, and he saw it too. kinda scary having that cup of coffee on the dashboard bouncing in alittle turbulence, knowing them controls are kinda important to the plane. sure was watching that cup of coffee  lol anyway the cup held up and we made it safely to our destination, oh the pilot gulped the cup down in one glugg.

That was probably his "lucky" coffee cup. Your flight would have been doomed if he hadn't brought it with him.

At Starbucks' or Circle-K price? Including the cost of the 6-pack "for the guy" in the hangar that fetched it for you?
