Title: trouble with my sounds

 :salute not sure hopw to explan this but here it goes, when im on the game and you tube. the sound it makes sounds like poeple took a hit of helium and a tunnel sound at the same time. what can i do? thank you in advance.

more input from you system specs ie: hardware , speaker set up, and are you running sound card software? if so it might be a setting
fyi i dont install sound card software it sucks imo
