Can I load the 64 bit or does the key not allow that?

The key should work with either one. Just depends on what you want to load on your computer.

you can use the key for either one, but you cant use the other cd for another computer using the same key.

:aok ( depending on what type of "DVD"  you purchased  1 copy  - personal, 3 copy - family or small business, corporate copy 5+ - whatever reason but you get more licenses/keys  for however many versions you have ordered/paid for )

not much difference if any at all between the DVD's.......... just number of cd/DVD keys you purchase.......

Win 7 64 bit gave me some troubles at first with 32 bit programs......
you can right click on the program's icon....select properties and run the program
under winxp service pack 3 option .....that usually
does the trick  ;)
