Title: Vox not working when logging in
Post by: ebfd11 on November 19, 2011, 04:24:06 PM
When I first log in the vox does not work for me. I push my "T" or f12 key and there is nothing going on. If I wait aprox 2 minutes teh range channel starts to work then 30 seconds later the vox channel will work.

you're missing the "sound devices" section...should be above the "sound capture devices" section.

too many resources, Lawn Dart

your pagefile is showing "AT LEAST" twice too big for a straight up install....... you should be way down below 1,500 MB's used......

even if you do not tweak your OS..............  something is causing your sound to DELAY.......  if I am recalling correctly a straight up Win 7 Ult 64 bit install is somewhere around 1,470 MB's ( using onboard Realtek sound chip) with AH loaded using high screen res textures on an  Ati 6950 2 GB  VC

best of luck to ya!

TC ( dont quote me on the pagefile....... )

I think I may have found the problem.. I had to disable the onboard sound card and right now it is working as soon as I log in.. DOHHHH what a schlep i was.
