They resell/junk the cars for the scrap money for the Charity.

When are they going to stop putting rumble strips on the road so blind drivers know they need to stop?  I think it's a waste of money.

It is a pretty good deal, I had an old ford pickup that I spent more time replacing starters than I did pumping gas in it.  Right before I left for Iraq I donated to them, and they completely restored it, and sold it for more than I could have.  They used the money to fund their charity.  Tey don't actually give the trucks or cars to the blind.
