Post by: Mano on November 22, 2011, 06:15:48 PM

goto options, controls, map controls. be sure your controller is selected the press the button you want to map.

This should hilite that button in black, then double click and a new window will open, select the subdirectory {global} scroll down to "fire all"

select and click ok!  this should map "N" {fire all} to what ever button you select.

      hope that helps.

You can also "double-click" the joystick button, if morfiend was referring to using the mouse to double-click the highlighted list item for your selected joystick button.

In short: You don't map the button to a key. The key represents a function. You map the button to that same function.

So you don't map the joystick button to "E", you go in and map it to "start engine" which is what E does. That may mean you have to scroll through the options to find the function you want.

I was referring to the mouse but yes both ways work much the same.  I'd forgot that double tapping the button opens the control window so thx for reminding me!  :aok
