Title: If you like The Walking Dead
Post by: MK-84 on November 22, 2011, 08:40:48 PM: Try watching BBC's Survivors (the remake) 3 seasons, first 2 are available on netflix as instant.

It's similar, but there's no hiding under cars from Zombies (rolls eyes)

Virus wipes out most of the world, ragtag group bands together...etc....

A nice departure from the "smack you over the head until you get the plot" that you see often from Hollywood.

...and did I mention no hiding under cars from zombies... :lol

The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Arrested Development, Boardwalk Empire, The Wire....
I'll admit we have a lot more crap than they do, but no one has been able to equal our good stuff yet :aok

I'm sorry but adventure time and half naked animals is really displeasing to the eyes and mind, and my old favorite channels have gone to crap, it seems they give anyone a series who comes in and asks. When the us television network fails, i'll still have top gear

I got American top gear for my birthday from my aunt, Didn't know fire could burn green ;D

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Ashes to Ashes, Life on Mars, Being Human (and you yanks made a mess of stealing Life on Mars and Being Human), the IT Crowd, Black Books (?), the list goes on. Even House needed a pommie lead actor to make it work :D

The english also have a habit of not drawing a series on beyond it's use by date.

Bout a year or so ago I caught the first episode. Looked like a good show. Then I havent been able to find it on since.

I hardly watch any prime time Network TV anymore. Especially the comedies. Most are lame, and Im totally sick of the Way way over used canned laughter.
Bring back the live studio audience. Or let the jokes live or die on their own.
