Title: Add an audio stream to edited video
Post by: Rob52240 on November 29, 2011, 12:06:59 PM
I'd like to add audio to my aces high videos but the software I'm using doesn't let me add a 2nd audio stream.  I can either have music or aces high sounds but not both.  I do have audio software that lets me do this but I find it very difficult to sync the audio to the video.

I'd like to be able to do more stuff like this but have it all in sync.  (audio mesh starts after 1 minute)

Record into windows sound recorder. Save the file. Go to your video editing program, add new sound track, import the sound recorder file. You don't necessarily have to do it in real-time. You record what you want then place it on the timeline. Then you save the file all over again with a new name so as not to over-write the previous version, and upload again.

That's essentially what I did.  What I'm looking for is free video editing software that lets me Import additional audio streams.

You don't really import the audio into a video. You edit it in. What are you using to edit? What software?

Hrm... I don't know much about virtual dub. I thought it was just a conversion program, rather than editing.
