I upgraded my internet today. My frame rate (top of screen number) has shown a max of 60 for months, with more airplanes in the air causing it to go lower. With the new internet upgrade it went to 70!
I have read the sections above and made the recommended changes such as turning off automatic updates, etc. Can you recommend other things I can do to increase the frame rate above 70, if possible? I ask this because my internet speed was supposedly increased by 60%, or a frame rate of 90-100, if it even goes this high.
Thanks!

lol, you're frame rates have nothing to do with your internet connection speed bud. a drop in frame rates means your system isn't able to keep up with the number of objects it needs to render on the screen, due to any number of reasons.
if you're getting 70 fps then the resolution on your graphics card/monitor is set to run at 70 hz...or you have something funky going on. few hd lcd monitors will run over 60 hz at native resolution but i have seen some newer hd large screens claim 85+ hz. oh and make sure you have v-sync enabled in the ah video settings screen otherwise you will have rubber bullet syndrome among other things.
