Title: port assignment

I've been having problems with dropping UDP and losing transmit capacity (can still HEAR vox), the ISP tech suggested I set up port assignment but I need a Range of ports? or specific ports to configure and ? I don't find any info when I search PORT ASSIGNMENT ??? Would you have these numbers ? :pray
